LESSON 42 – GOD’S TIMING & WEALTH CREATION
📅21st June 2026
📖 Adult Bible Text: Acts 1:6–8
📖 YAYA Bible Text: Genesis 26:12–14
🧠 Adult Memory Verse: Ecclesiastes 3:11 (KJV)
🧠 YAYA Memory Verse: Deuteronomy 8:18 (NKJV)
🔹 Theme Overview
This week’s lessons explore divine timing and wealth creation from a biblical perspective.
The Adult lesson (God’s Timing) teaches that God operates on a perfect schedule that governs purpose, destiny, and outcomes.
The YAYA lesson (Wealth Creation) emphasizes that wealth must be created through God-given principles, wisdom, and alignment with His will.
Together, these lessons reveal an important spiritual truth:
👉Sustainable success happens when divine timing meets divine principles.
When believers apply these lessons, they will:
Trust God’s process and timing
Avoid premature decisions
Build wealth with integrity and purpose
Align ambition with God’s will
🧠 God’s timing directs purpose, and God’s principles sustain prosperity.
Adult:
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (KJV)
“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.”
YAYA:
Deuteronomy 8:18 (NKJV)
“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”
Adult Bible Passage: Acts 1:6–8
YAYA Bible Passage: Genesis 26:12–14

👉 God determines timing, and He empowers His people to prosper within His divine framework.
Adult Bible Passage:
📖 Acts 1:6–8 — Understanding God’s Timing
This passage reveals the tension between human curiosity about timing and God’s focus on purpose. While the disciples were concerned about when God would restore the kingdom, Jesus redirected their attention to divine authority and their immediate assignment
From the passage we learn:
The disciples asked about the timing of the kingdom restoration (v6)
Jesus redirected them from timing curiosity to purpose focus (v7)
He revealed that timing belongs to God’s authority (v7)
He emphasized empowerment through the Holy Spirit (v8)
He pointed them to their primary assignment (witnessing) (v8).
👉 Lesson: Focus on purpose, not speculation about timing
🔎 Reflection: Why do believers struggle to trust God’s timing instead of focusing on His assignment?
YAYA Bible Passage:
📖 Genesis 26:12–14 — Wealth Through God’s Blessing
This passage illustrates how wealth creation operates under God’s blessing and not merely human effort. Isaac’s prosperity was not accidental but the result of divine favour combined with diligence and consistency.
From the passage we learn:
Isaac sowed and reaped a hundredfold (v12a)
The Lord blessed him (v12b)
He began to prosper progressively (v13a)
He continued prospering (v13b)
He became very great (v13)
He had possessions of flocks and herds (v14)
His success attracted attention and envy (v14)
👉 Wealth grows through God’s blessing, diligence, and continuity
🔎 Reflection: What role did God’s blessing play in Isaac’s wealth compared to his effort?

YAYA CLASS
God's timing is significant in life (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). This is the perfect moment He has ordained for something to happen according to His will. It is also known as the kairos moment or the set time (Psalm 102:13). God's divine purpose for us starts before birth and a God-given great idea needs to be in alignment with God's timing for it to succeed. This, sometimes, can be delayed (Habakkuk 2:2).
